Your Job
We are looking for a Student Intern to gain experience by being involved with optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiencies, and supporting product quality initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Our Team
You will be part of the upper line process under the production team.
What You Will Do
Safety
- Follow all safety instructions in the plant.
- Use Koch's tool (5D, risk assessment) to identify risk or gaps for problem solving and preventive action.
Quality
- Help collect data and check basic quality items.
- Help prepare simple reports or records
Efficiency
- Support daily production / process tasks assigned.
- Help collect production data and information.
- Support improvement activities or projects.
People development and transformation
- Self-development to align with company vision.
- Self-learning for basic PBM Culture (5D/8 Principles)
Who Are You (Basic Qualifications)
- Currently studying in Engineering / Science / or related field (e.g., Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Word / PowerPoint
- Able to learn new things and follow instructions and interested in manufacturing / production / process improvement
- Good attitude, willing to help, and responsible
- Good communication and work with cross functional and teamwork
- Able to work in plant area and follow safety rules strictly
- No work experience required
