Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineering Junior Staff to support our production operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, especially in the anodizing process. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production, maintaining equipment, and driving continuous improvement on the shop floor

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor hourly production results to ensure daily and weekly targets are met. Quickly address any issues or waste to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure machines and equipment are in optimal condition by following preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Manage chemical usage and inventory to support production plans while minimizing Work In Process (WIP).
  • Oversee jigs and equipment to ensure readiness and efficiency for production.
  • Support policy deployment and continuous improvement initiatives by engaging and motivating team members.
  • Maintain work standards and evaluate team performance to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
  • Enforce 5S practices and conduct regular patrols to ensure PPE compliance and workplace safety.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents to improve working conditions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-3 years in a production environment, preferably with anodizing process exposure.
  • Skills:
    • Strong shop floor management and technical problem-solving skills.
    • Basic chemical knowledge and experience with lab analysis.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production-related software.
    • Ability to work in hot, noisy environments and with chemical processes.
  • Language: Good command of English (spoken and written).
