Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead production engineering activities for new electric compressor manufacturing lines.
  • Drive manufacturing process development, equipment setup, commissioning and process validation.
  • Manage production engineering team and develop engineering capabilities.
  • Implement productivity, quality and cost improvement initiatives.
  • Support APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan and production launch activities.
  • Coordinate with quality, maintenance, project and manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure successful mass production launch and stable operation.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in Electric Compressor Manufacturing
  • Strong Production Engineering background
  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing environment
  • Leadership and project management capability
