Production Improvement Engineer(IE/EE) - SCG Roofing (Saraburi based)

Job Description:

• Analyze production line issues using data analysis and identify root causes to improve efficiency and performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production yield, quality, and productivity
• Optimize plant performance by improving machine reliability and reducing operational costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, engineering) to implement improvement solutions
• Support ongoing projects related to manufacturing excellence and process optimization

Qualification:

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (IE) or Electrical Engineering (EE)
• Minimum GPA of 2.70
• Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or above; score submission can be provided later)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to be based at SCG Roofing, Concrete Technology Department, Saraburi
