Production Manager

Position: Production Manager (Next in career path: Plant Manager), up to 250,000 THB/ month

This opportunity suits: An experienced Plant Manager of a smaller manufacturing plant who's done everything and open to take on the Production Manager role of a larger plant to later grow to become a Plant Manager managing MNC plant and work with global stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to join an international specialty manufacturing business and play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Location: Prachinburi, Thailand

The Role

As Production Manager, you will be accountable for end-to-end production operations at the site, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, cost control, and operational excellence. You will lead production teams, partner closely with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain, and actively drive continuous improvement and capital projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all production activities to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and inventory targets
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Drive effective production planning, scheduling, and material usage
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and operators to build a high-performing team
• Partner with engineering and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
• Lead continuous improvement, process optimization, and site-based projects
• Act as a key site representative in cross-functional and global initiatives

We're Looking For

• Strong background in production/manufacturing operations, **must come from a chemical manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering is a must have
• Experience as a Plant Manager or senior production leader in a small-to-mid-sized plant
• Ready to step into an MNC environment with structured processes and global stakeholders once you become a Plant Manager later on
• Solid leadership, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience driving safety culture, cost control, and operational improvements
