Benchmark Electronics is in the business of manufacturing electronics and providing services to OEMs of medical devices, telecommunication equipment, computers and related products for business enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead production team to manage and execute all production activities to meet the productivity, delivery, Quality,Cost and all department's KPIs.
- Continuous analysis of current production processes and procedures, proposals for improvements, implementation and follow through of agreed upon changes.
- Proactively develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with and between all departments to get high overall effectiveness.
- Establish and implement lean manufacturing initiatives that achieve improved business results.
- Develops skills and knowledge of production supervisors, leaders, technicians, and operators to be able to perform their jobs effectively.
- Perform other activities as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 8-10 years of experience working with Electronics manufacturing services
- Mature, Business, and customer service oriented
- Computer literate, very good command of written and spoken English.
- Available to work at Ayutthaya
