Our client is one of Thailand's leading manufacturers and distributors of edible oils and agricultural products. The company primarily produces high-quality soybean oil, along with by-products such as soybean meal, which is widely used in the animal feed industry.
Job descriptions:
- Plan and control both short-term and long-term production to align with customer demand and company objectives, including effective allocation of resources to ensure adequacy and efficiency.
- Oversee and monitor the production process to ensure it complies with established standards, delivering output that meets quality requirements and production targets.
- Analyze and continuously improve production efficiency to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Manage and lead the production team by providing guidance, developing staff capabilities, and fostering a strong team environment.
- Ensure all production processes comply with relevant quality and safety standards, such as ISO, GMP, HACCP, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with related departments, including production planning, procurement, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Prepare production reports, analyze issues and obstacles, and propose improvement plans to management.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the production department in alignment with company plans and objectives.
- Do budget CAPEX and OPEX.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in edible oil, food processing, or FMCG industries.
- Proven experience in managing production operations, including production planning, process optimization, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing standards and systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000.
- Solid understanding of continuous production processes, machinery operations, and efficiency improvement tools (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, OEE).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in cost control, waste reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
