Position Objective
- To manage and oversee the entire production process of foods products, ensuring alignment with production plans, quality standards, and food safety regulations. The role focuses on maximizing efficiency while complying with company standards and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1.Production Planning & Control
- Plan production according to sales forecasts (Domestic / Export).
- Ensure production meets quantity, quality, and timeline targets.
- Manage production capacity effectively.
- Adjust production plans based on urgency or changing situations.
2.Quality & Food Safety Standards
- Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO, Halal, and export standards.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to uphold quality, reduce waste, and prevent errors.
3.Team Management
- Lead Supervisors, Line Leaders, and production staff.
- Allocate manpower efficiently across production lines.
- Train teams to follow SOPs.
- Build a culture of quality and efficiency.
4.Cost Control & Efficiency
- Manage costs related to raw materials, labor, loss, and waste.
- Analyze and improve productivity.
- Enhance processes to increase efficiency.
5.Machinery & Maintenance
- Ensure machines are ready for operation.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to prevent downtime and delays.
6. Work closely with cross-Department Coordination such as Planning, Procurement, QC/QA, Warehouse, and Sales teams. Ensure smooth supply chain operations.
7.Reporting & Analysis
- Report on production output, yield, waste, and efficiency.
- Analyze issues and propose improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Production Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing is preferred.
- Have background to work with Thai company and well understanding of Thai culture.
- Good in computer skills and new technology.
- High leadership, strong people management and good in problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work 6 days per week (Monday-Saturday 8.00-17.00).
- Able to communicate in English.
