Working Hours: 7:30-18:00 (Mon-Fri )
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery in line with company targets.
- Plan, control, and optimize manpower utilization to ensure smooth production flow and maximum productivity.
- Supervise and enforce operators to strictly follow Work Instructions (WI), safety standards, and company regulations.
- Monitor production performance, analyze KPIs, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets as planned.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer requirements before delivery.
- Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions using PDCA methodology.
- Coordinate with related departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to support production goals.
- Maintain compliance with quality, environmental, and safety management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949).
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to improve skills, performance, and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related fields).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production, preferably in automotive parts manufacturing.
- Experience in steel fabrication and painting process is an advantage.
- Good command of English and proficient in computer skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
- Positive attitude, energetic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ISO systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949).
