As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a professional Production Manager to lead our production team and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation plans, and workflow optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, engineering, and quality assurance.
- Set up and monitor KPIs and drive initiatives for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and safety compliance.
- Manage inventory levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies.
- Support factory system upgrades including ERP implementation and SOP documentation.
- Lead technical trials and support R&D for new product development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in production management, preferably in electronics manufacturing industry of finished goods.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and factory operations.
- Strong knowledge of production planning systems, ERP tools, and smart manufacturing technologies.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies with practical experiences
- Strong knowledge of industry safety and health codes and regulations
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control techniques, such as earned value management or life cycle costing
- Good understanding of quality assurance (QA) principles
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong people development ability to develop and mentor team members for long-term success.
- Highly resilient under pressure, able to maintain composure, analyze issues swiftly, make sound decisions, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Strong sense of belonging and commitment and able to work in dynamic working environment
- Fluency in English and Chinese; additional language in Thai is preferred
