Role Description
- Plan production in advance in line with production order volumes.
- Control and take responsibility for all production documentation from production start through daily handover to the warehouse.
- Prepare manpower plans and resolve manpower shortages when issues arise.
- Order raw materials and inspect them before production to avoid impact on production output.
- Control production processes to meet customer quality requirements.
- Resolve production issues and report problems to supervisors promptly.
- Prepare production-related documents and report operational data to supervisors.
- Comply with regulations, work instructions, and quality standards including GHP and HACCP.
- Record daily production material issues and receipts in the Formula system.
- Control the issuance and usage of packaging materials within the production line.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Oversee and manage production operations until completion of the daily production process.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and performance supervision skills
- Expertise in production planning, process optimization, and operations management
- Knowledge of quality control, safety protocols, and industrial regulations
- Proficiency in resource allocation, supply chain coordination, and scheduling
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement effective solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience in food production, agribusiness, or supply chain management is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in using production and inventory management software is preferred
