Your Contribution

The AssistantProduction Manager / Manager is responsible for production process, planning and overall operations of other functions and coordinate with relate departments such as QA, Maintenance, EHS, Supply chain, Engineering either internal or external to make sure all operations must keep in high performance and effectively.

  • Manage and set policies, including goals for the production, and manage the company's production capacity.
  • Carry out business management and set goals for production, quality, cost, time, and product delivery.
  • Control, inspection, and improvement of production processes for continuous development.
  • Proceed with problem-solving management, including analyzing causes to control and improve production processes.
  • Supervise the production department to enhance the occupational health and safety environment at work.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Monitoring and controlling production costs while reducing waste and downtime.

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of production management experience, preferably in automotive industry.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
