Job Responsibilities:
Production Manager
- Responsibilities: Oversee overall production and operations management of the EMS factory, develop production plans, and ensure on-time delivery; optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs; lead cross-department collaboration to resolve major issues in the production process.
- Requirements: Over 8 years of production management experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in EMS factory management; proficient in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma management methodologies.
SMT Engineer
- Responsibilities: Responsible for SMT line programming, equipment maintenance (pick-and-place machines/reflow soldering/SPI); optimize placement processes to improve production yield; resolve technical issues in the SMT production process.
- Requirements: Over 3 years of experience in SMT process engineering; familiar with YAMAHA/Panasonic equipment operation; experience in process defect analysis.
Quality Manager
- Responsibilities: Establish and maintain the quality management system; lead customer quality audits and corrective actions; drive continuous improvement projects to reduce quality costs.
- Requirements: Over 5 years of quality management experience in the electronics manufacturing industry; proficient in quality tools (SPC/FMEA/8D); experience in customer quality liaison.
Test Engineer
- Responsibilities: Develop test solutions and design test fixtures; write test programs and maintain test equipment; analyze test data to improve product yield.
- Requirements: Background in electronic engineering or related fields; familiar with LabVIEW/Python programming; experience in PCBA testing is preferred.
Process Engineer
- Responsibilities: Optimize production processes and develop standard operating procedures; resolve process-related issues in production; participate in process reviews for new products.
- Requirements: Over 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing process engineering; familiar with DFM/DFX principles; strong problem-analysis skills.
IE Engineer
- Responsibilities: Optimize production line layout to enhance efficiency; conduct time studies and capacity analysis; promote lean manufacturing projects.
- Requirements: Background in industrial engineering or related fields; familiar with lean manufacturing tools; experience in IE within the electronics industry is preferred.
NPI Engineer
- Responsibilities: Lead new product introduction, coordinating between R&D and production; organize trial production validation and deliver manufacturability reports; drive ramp-up for new product mass production.
- Requirements: Over 5 years of NPI experience in the power supply industry; familiar with new product development processes; strong cross-department coordination skills.
