Production Operator

Job Summary

You will ensure production quality, output, and timelines are met by supporting daily operations, packing products accurately, labelling items, maintaining a clean production area, and assisting team members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain product quality, output levels, and production timelines consistently
• Execute daily production tasks to support smooth operational flow
• Pack products precisely according to specified requirements to meet quality standards
• Apply accurate labelling on products to ensure correct identification and traceability
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area to comply with safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals and cover tasks as needed
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support overall production efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum completed primary school or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Other Information

• Work schedule: 5 days per week, 1am to 12pm shift
