Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cutting machines by adhering to established procedures and guidelines. Adjust machine settings safely to execute tasks as per specifications. Conduct various material movement tasks related to order filling, receiving, and loading/unloading. Utilize assigned power equipment (e.g., crown truck, Raymond side-loader, overhead crane, forklift) to meet order requirements efficiently. Select, fill, and package orders according to customer specifications. Attach bundle tags to shipped materials and prepare them for transportation. Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to execute job functions. Observe and report any equipment defects or excessive wear perform basic set-up and maintenance as necessary. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Undertake additional related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• GCE O-Level or SPM qualification. Minimum 2 years of experience in production settings. Possession of a forklift license is mandatory. Proficiency in using computers for tasks such as printing and inventory checking. Physically fit to handle material transfers manually.
