Job Purpose

General Description
Daily check performance machine or equipment in use and respond to abnormal equipment for repair. Daily produce the product with awareness of quality, safety and environmental. Rotation of works both within and outside the department (If need). Daily 5S and maintain of it. Awareness safety, environmental and quality system. Report to leader when found the problems that effect to production plan. Other jobs assignment from Leader.
Key Challenges (in First 6 12months)
- Follow the standards operation procedure and comply with PPG rules.
- Report of any abnormality related to work condition and others which it could lead to quality or safety issue.
Core Responsibilities
- Daily produce the product following bill of materials.
- Maintain 5S in our area.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Requirements to do the job, and qualifications)
Experience
- Prefer to have experience about chemical plant is advantage.
Knowledge
- High school graduated or Vocational Certificate at minimum requirements.
Skills (functional Competences And Capabilities)
- Operation equipment skill, such as pump, valve, drum lifter, weight scale, etc.
- Calculation skill
Other Requirements: (% of Travel involved specific certification, mobility, etc.)
- Can working in shift pattern.
- Military status is conscripted or exempted.
