You will ensure daily production aligns with the bill of materials while maintaining 5S standards in the work area. You will deliver high-quality products on time by strictly following the company's Standard Operating Procedures, with strong awareness of safety and environmental requirements. Provide support for additional assignments as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily machine readiness checks and escalate any deviations to the team leader; ensure cleanliness standards are maintained and controlled.
- Verify measurements routinely, calibrate using standard weights, record results, and monitor data trends to identify and address outliers promptly.
- Manage and control raw materials, inventory, and container usage according to design specifications, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor and optimize operating supply levels while leading cost-reduction initiatives to improve overall process performance.
- Operate machines in strict compliance with established work procedures and standards, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all operations.
- Understand and apply test methods as designed, promptly escalating any deviations to the leader for corrective action.
- Follow supervisor's instructions while maintaining strict adherence to company rules, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Maintain 5S standards in the responsible area and perform regular temperature and humidity checks, escalating any deviations to the leader.
- Respond promptly to emergencies that could impact safety or quality, and ensure proper waste handling in compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school graduated or above
- Paint Manufacturing or other field that related to production. Prefer to have experience about chemical plant is advantage.
- Operation equipment skill, such as pump, valve, drum lifter, weight scale, pH meter, Thermometer etc.
- Can work in shift
- Military status is conscripted or exempted.
- Not allergic to chemicals
