Job Summary
To produce as per given methods following WCM methods and Quality parametersMaintain the machines as per AMTo guide the teamÂ
What You Will Do
- Build daily prioritisation base on production needs and current situation and manages the results of processes in shift2. Support pillar in terms of KPIs/Targets achievements3. Encourage WCM activities (mainly AM) in their day to day teams 4. Support pillar in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) execution5. Provide trainings and develop newcomers6. Managing employee development7. Be responsible for the operation of process lines in shift
We believe you have
At least 6 years Production experience Ability to lead and guide others in day to day problems Advanced WCM/ TPM knowledge Some experience in other Production Processes, Maintenance, Quality an added advanatge Advanced level AM steps Fresh Graduate Engineers stay in this role for 1-3 years to learn about Tetra Pak Processes and WCM
