Based on sales forecasts and customer orders, evaluate production capacity and develop the master production schedule
According to the master production schedule, calculate and generate procurement and demand plans for raw materials and parts to ensure timely material availability and avoid production line disruptions
Break down the master schedule into executable daily or weekly production schedules, and issue them to the production departments, coordinating resources to ensure schedule achievement
Continuously track production progress and material arrival, promptly identify and coordinate the resolution of any issues affecting the production schedule (such as material shortages, equipment failures, quality issues), ensuring timely order delivery.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (such as plan achievement rate, production capacity utilization, inventory turnover rate, etc.), continuously optimize production planning, improve efficiency, and reduce inventory costs.
Qualifications
Over 1 year of experience in production planning or material planning in the manufacturing industry, familiar with the overall process of production planning and material control.
Possess strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, able to make accurate judgments from complex information. Possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, capable of effectively collaborating with multiple departments such as procurement, production, warehouse, and sales.
Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous, able to handle certain job stress, and sensitive to numbers.
Bachelor's degree, preferred majors include Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Manufacturing, etc.
