Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CKD parts supply according to production schedules
• Support production volume adjustment and schedule changes
• Control shipment schedules to meet production requirements
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, and shortage inventory
• Support urgent shipment arrangement during supply risk
• Support management reporting and operational meetings
• Participate in digitalization, ERP, or automation projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or Logistics/Supply Chain Management
• Experience in order planning, demand planning, inventory management, material control, or supply chain operations minimum 2 years
• Experience in project development or process improvement projects
• English proficiency with TOEIC score of 550 or above
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Formulas, PivotTables, Macros)
• Presentation and reporting skills using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to manage detailed schedules, timelines, and resources accurately
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive mindset toward process improvement and operational efficiency
• Effective communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
