Production Planning Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for optimizing, developing, tracking, and implementing production schedules for factories or work teams;

2. Organize the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly production plans, ensuring timely implementation, inspection, coordination, and evaluation;

3. Track order delivery completion and monitor daily progress toward plan fulfillment across all stages;

4. Oversee and improve overall planning metrics;

5. Coordinate with sales, production, and technical departments to ensure efficient execution of production plans.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree with fluent English proficiency in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Process Technology, Electrical Engineering & Automation, or Electrical Engineering & Intelligent Control;

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong data analysis skills;

3. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
