Job Description

Your Job

  • Plan and manage material availability, inventory levels, and replenishment activities to support production requirements and minimize shortage risks.

Our Team

  • You will work closely with your supervisor and the Customer Service team to support customer needs, while collaborating with the Operations team on demand planning and ensuring timely delivery

What You Will Do

  • Plan and control key materials, including PVB, packaging materials, purchased glass, raw glass transfers, and other direct materials.
  • Coordinate purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and delivery schedules to ensure timely material supply.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and slow-moving, aging, excess, or obsolete inventory.
  • Coordinate material transfers, inbound deliveries, and supplier follow-ups to resolve shortages or delivery delays.
  • Prepare material planning, inventory, shortage, open purchase order, and KPI reports.
  • Maintain accurate material master data and support continuous improvement activities in planning, inventory control, and supply chain efficiency.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in material planning, procurement, inventory control, manufacturing planning, or supply chain operations.
  • Good in English both of Written & Communication
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred; SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management, material planning, and stock control.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
