Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Strategy & Target Setting:
• Develop daily and long-term production plans to meet targets for Quality, Cost of Production, and On-Time Delivery.
• Process Excellence & Troubleshooting:
• Continuously review and improve production processes and related machinery to ensure optimal readiness.
• Conduct timely Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement solutions for minor equipment breakdowns, driving towards the goal of Zero production downtime.
• Safety, Environment & Energy Management:
• Strictly adhere to and enforce all safety, environmental, and energy conservation policies, regulations, and standards.
• Identify and control variables that significantly impact energy consumption to achieve corporate energy conservation goals.
• Team & Resource Stewardship:
• Supervise and manage manpower allocation for optimal operational capacity.
• Develop and mentor operators to enhance their skill set (Multi-skill) and control raw material stock levels to meet predefined inventory standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Paints & Coatings, Chemical, or Polymer industries is highly preferred.

Core Skills:

• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) and Computer Literacy (e.g., MS Office suite).
• Proven ability in Data Analysis, Problem Solving, and Strategic Decision Making.
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills.
