Production Supervisor

Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok, responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the shop floor. This role coordinates production schedules, assigns tasks, and monitors workflow to ensure output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The Production Supervisor leads and supports production teams, provides clear communication of goals and procedures, and resolves operational issues in a timely manner. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with maintenance and quality teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and environmental guidelines.

• Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Candidates should possess skills in production planning and managing production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
• Candidates should possess production management capabilities, including workflow optimization, monitoring output, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, reporting production status, and guiding production staff.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments, ideally in electronics or related fields.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies is beneficial.
• Ability to use basic production reporting tools and ERP or MES systems is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related discipline preferred.
