Your Job
As a contribution motivated Production Supervisor, you are tasked to manage production shift team to achieve the production target. Ensuring compliance with the Environment, Health and Safety regulations. You must be open and flexible to work any shift. You will lead a team of around 10 members.
Our Team
This position will be supervising operators in shift team and reporting directly to Production Performance Manager.
What You Will Do
- Supervise/coordinate production efforts that drive improvement in all associated work processes affected EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production, and costs.
- Facilitate team development and growth, employee skill development, problem-solving and resolution.
- Drive safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards.
- Monitor product quality and provide direction to crew members to maximize efficiency.
- Assist with troubleshooting and solving production issues.
- Establish good relationship among teams.
Our shift schedules are as follows:
08.00 - 16.00: work 6 days with 1 day off
16.00 - 24.00: work 6 days with 2 days off
24.00 - 08.00: work 6 days with 3 days off
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Sciences or any related field.
- At least 3 years in managerial role in heavy industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Thai and can communicate in English (English based interview.)
- Energetic, displays leadership, decision making, strategic thinking, self-motivated, able to work independently, good analytical skills and eager to change and improve.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced and changing working environment.
- Must have a can-do attitude and self-learning.
