About the Role:
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the chemical and pharmaceutical-related sector, is seeking an experienced Production Pharmacist Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plant operations and ensure full compliance with GMP and quality standards. This role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams and offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the production team to achieve operational targets in productivity, quality, and safety.
- GMP Compliance: Ensure all production activities adhere to GMP and relevant pharmaceutical standards, acting as the compliance focal point on the production floor.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Audit & Documentation: Oversee production documentation, participate in internal/external audits, and ensure timely CAPA follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing.
- Valid First-Class Pharmacist License in accordance with Thai regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong command of English and Thai, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
