Job brief

Our client is a reputable automotive electronics and core auto component supplier serving customers across the globe. Backed by leading R&D and manufacturing capabilities, the enterprise is expanding its manufacturing footprint in Thailand. We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee on-site workshop operations and fuel continuous business growth.

Role Overview

You will be in charge of end-to-end shop floor management, team development, capacity ramp-up and production target delivery. You will lead quality governance and lean transformation as well as standardized site management, building a stable production team to sustain long-term factory development.

Responsibilities

  • Complete manpower recruitment, staff training and team construction in accordance with production plans; support capacity ramp-up and achieve monthly production targets.
  • Oversee workshop quality management and lead lean continuous improvement activities.
  • Establish a systematic employee skill training system Implement 5S, visual management and pull-type production on site.
  • Complete other production management tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Process / Quality / IE background are highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years comprehensive workshop management experience in automotive electronics manufacturing.
  • Proficient in IATF16949 quality system; familiar with VDA6.3 audit standards.
  • Hands-on experience applying a full set of lean manufacturing tools.
  • Language: Fluent in Mandarin and Thai.
  • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and consistently deliver orders on time.
  • Excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills with strong sense of responsibility.
