Production Supervisor
Glico Thailand is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations at our factory. This role plays a critical part in driving production efficiency, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining product quality across over 200 SKUs distributed in 14 countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and safety targets.
- Monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, inventory, etc.) and implement corrective actions.
- Lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Quality, Maintenance).
- Coach and develop production operators to build capability and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Production, Food Science, or related fields.
- 3 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM tools and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
