Company Industry: Household Appliances Manufacturing

Job Description

1.Based on company order planning requirements, develop departmental support plans, including shift arrangement, manpower allocation, and material support, to ensure on-time order delivery.

2.Responsible for daily equipment management, maintenance, and preventive upkeep.

3.Responsible for material management, including inventory control, stock reconciliation, and defective material management.

4.Ensure compliance with process discipline and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

5.Promote and implement 5S management and on-site improvement activities.

6.Responsible for in-process quality management, including process control and issue closure.

7.Manage cost control and drive cost reduction initiatives.

8.Responsible for efficiency management, including setting targets, implementing improvement measures, and driving efficiency improvement projects.

9.Responsible for safety management, implementing safety programs and ensuring safe production operations.

Qualifications

  1. Proficient in Thai, with basic communication in Chinese or English
  2. 5+ years of production management experience in manufacturing, or 3+ years in home appliance industry
  3. At least 2 years of team management experience (30+ team members)
  4. Experience in Lean Manufacturing (TPS, Six Sigma) is a strong advantage
  5. Strong knowledge in production operations (planning, quality, cost, supply chain)
  6. Able to work flexible hours (overtime when required)
  7. Experience in Chinese or joint-venture companies is a plus
  8. Bachelor's degree or above (Engineering background preferred)
