PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Zagro is a Singapore private-limited company, strong in heritage and experienced in providing Agrisolutions to farmers in agriculture and animal husbandry. It manufactures and distributes a wide range of nutrition and protection products for Animal Health and Crop Care.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure production schedules and targets are met.
• Plan and allocate manpower to support smooth production operations.
• Monitor production output, workflow, and order deadlines.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day production and operational issues.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
• Ensure production processes and work instructions are followed.
• Support improvement initiatives to increase productivity and production efficiency.
• Guide and support production operators to maintain smooth operations.

• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in production, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in chemical or related manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
