Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Application Development & Delivery: Design, code, test, and integrate core applications using modern frameworks; participate in requirements gathering, joint application design (JAD) sessions, and continuous feedback loops.
- Service Management & Execution: Manage project tasks, execute service requests, resolve critical incidents/outages, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) with corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate directly with business users, setup bridge calls for critical updates, and liaise with internal/external vendors to drive ticket resolution.
- Code & Process Quality: Conduct peer code reviews, enforce security features, proactively highlight project risks, and ensure full compliance with client coding guidelines.
- Knowledge Management & Mentorship: Create release notes, update technical documentation/manuals, and conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for new team members.
Technical Skills
- Essential Skills: Strong hands-on experience in .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Java.
- Nice to Have: Good foundational understanding of broader .NET frameworks and ecosystem integration.
