Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Promote and adhere to plant safety, health, environmental, and industrial hygiene programs, including emergency response activities.
  • Participate in EHS training, emergency drills, hazard recognition, and behavioral-based safety initiatives to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Follow cGMP and HACCP practices and actively engage in site quality programs and behavioural-based food safety activities.
  • Adhere to internal and external requirements such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, cGMP, HACCP, Sedex, and IFF EHS standards.
  • Control and monitor machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible operation; inspect and report abnormalities promptly.
  • Address production issues, record chemical quantities, load chemicals, collect samples, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Keep production areas aligned with cGMP/HACCP principles and company safety, health, and environmental requirements.
  • Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams, communicate operational needs to supervisors and maintenance, and train new operators.
  • Develop multi-skill capabilities, demonstrate positive behavior's, and contribute safety and environmental improvement suggestions.

What Makes You The Right Fit

  • Diploma or equivalent in Petrochemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations; experience in chemical or food additive plants preferred.
  • Basic understanding of quality control procedures and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with processing equipment and plant utilities.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, HACCP, and ISO standards is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
