We are looking for a strong Professional Affairs expert to help drive education, product understanding, and clinical engagement within the vision care space.
In this role, you will work closely with commercial and marketing teams to bring products to life for both internal stakeholders and eye care professionals.
Job Description
- Partner with the business team to shape product strategies and support go-to-market plans
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for internal teams and external partners
- Act as the go-to expert for product knowledge, especially for lens-related topics
- Keep teams informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry updates
- Support marketing initiatives by translating technical information into simple, clear messaging
- Review and contribute to marketing content to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Build competitive insights to strengthen product positioning and sales storytelling
- Create targeted training programs for eye care professionals, from basic to advanced levels
- Gather insights from the market to continuously improve products, training, and strategy
Qualifications
- Degree in Optometry, Life Science, or related field
- At least 5 years experience in optical or eye care industry, ideally with training experience
- Strong communication skills and able to work well with different stakeholders
- Good problem-solving skills with a practical mindset
- Able to work independently and manage pressure
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks or projects at once
- Comfortable using English, Microsoft Office, and online training tools, with flexibility to travel
- Good command of Thai and English.
