Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Bakery and Pastry Staff member at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort, located in the United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include preparing fresh bakery and pastry items, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed. The role also involves collaborating with other kitchen staff, assisting in menu creation, and ensuring efficient workflow in the bakery and pastry kitchen.

• Expertise in baking and pastry production, including knowledge of various techniques and recipes.
