Program Director – Fabric Migration Practice Position Title: Program Director – Fabric Migration Practice Location: Multiple Locations (Hybrid/Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are looking for a seasoned Program Director to lead and scale the Microsoft Fabric Migration Practice. This role will oversee the full portfolio of migration programs, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, customer success, and team growth across global delivery operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead governance across multiple migration programs, ensuring successful delivery, quality, and performance targets
- Manage and scale a global team of 50+ engineers, architects, and migration specialists
- Build and optimize delivery methodologies for assessments, migrations, and post-migration services
- Drive executive customer engagement through steering committees, reviews, and strategic briefings
- Collaborate with Microsoft field teams on co-sell opportunities, pipeline reviews, and partner initiatives
- Own financial management, including revenue forecasting, utilization, and investment planning
- Develop certification programs, training initiatives, and knowledge management systems
- Track and report business performance metrics including ACR, customer satisfaction, and pipeline generation
- Lead go-to-market activities, field enablement, branding, and marketing efforts Required Qualifications
- 15–18 years of experience in technology consulting or professional services
- 5+ years in program or practice leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale cloud or data migration portfolios valued at $10M+
- Strong experience building global technical teams
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure ecosystem and partner programs
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial management and P&L ownership experience
- Expertise in governance, quality assurance, and risk management Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, or Azure data programs
- Familiarity with ACR or consumption-based revenue models
- Experience with Microsoft partner funding programs such as ECIF, MDF, or Azure Frontier Offer
