Program Director (Local – Thailand)
Must Have
- 15+ years of experience delivering complex customer-facing programs
- Proven track record as Program Director / Engagement Director for large transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership in end-to-end delivery ownership (scope, cost, schedule, quality)
- Deep experience managing cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
- Strong executive communication and decision-making authority
- Experience handling program recovery / turnaround scenarios
- Fluency in Thai and English (mandatory)
Nice to Have
- Experience in Telecom / Digital Transformation / BSS-led programs
- Prior role in managing onshore–offshore delivery models
- Exposure to commercial management and contract change governance
- Familiarity with AIS/True ecosystem or similar telco environments
