Responsible for Customer Technical Enquiries and Engineering Projects.
Fully manage all customers engineering builds and qualification builds to maximize resources.
Communicate Process/Package Capabilities and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
Work closely with NPI, RFQ, Process Flow, Test Qualification, and Project Management to meet target plans.
Manage Risk Assessment & Risk Mitigation by collaborating with QA, PE, and NPI teams.
Kick off and execute projects per commitment to customers.
Initiate project definitions (Scope, Success Criteria, Cross-Functional Team, High-Level Timeline, Qualification Plan, Reliability Test Plan, and Production Release Plan) in collaboration with internal teams (QA, PE, NPI).
Monitor and track the progress of key deliverables to achieve defined Key Milestones and Success Criteria.
Maintain regular and effective communication with customers.
Close projects by ensuring a smooth production release and scheduled ramp-up.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
Over 4 years of experience in Engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in Project Management
Project Management: Skilled in handling multiple projects, meeting strict deadlines, strategic planning, and applying structured methodologies
NPI Expertise: Hands-on experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA, and DOE, including product qualification, validation, and ramp-up
Technical Knowledge: Deep technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, testing, and yield improvement
Customer Cooperation: Proven ability to manage customer relationships, translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
Problem-Solving: Advanced analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues, propose corrective actions, and optimize processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Thai
Experience in Risk Management, Quality Control systems, and strong teamwork abilities
Advantage: Additional language proficiency beyond English is a plus for international customer cooperation
