The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) is a global network committed to supporting small and growing businesses (SGBs) as key drivers of sustainable and inclusive development. ANDE strengthens the capacity of its members to better assist entrepreneurs and fosters collaboration to enhance entrepreneurial ecosystems. Through a focus on data-driven practices, ecosystem partnerships, and impactful advocacy, ANDE enables SGBs to scale and succeed. The organization operates primarily across the global south, striving to harness entrepreneurship as a meaningful force for fostering positive economic and social change.
The Opportunity
ANDE Asia chapters are currently working on curating a virtual toolkit with resources specific to DESI (Diversity, Equity, and Social Inclusion) in entrepreneurship that ANDE Asia Access & Opportunity (A&O) Learning Lab (LL) participants can use to begin implementing DESI within their organizations. This toolkit will be licensed under Creative Commons and made publicly available for any Entrepreneur Support Organization to utilize.
The individual will support the South Asia and East and Southeast Asia chapters with
1) Curating and contributing content for the toolkit based on the resources shared by ANDE and partners.
2) Support with communications and outreach for the toolkit (only if needed)
