Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end project initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with proven expertise in managing product development processes and fostering stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in product development processes.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, written and oral.
• Relationship management and engagement abilities to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a challenge-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and adaptability in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

• Act as the single point of contact between the project team and the technology team.
• Ensure effective communication of updates, requirements, and action plans.

1. Project Coordination:

• Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Align and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery.

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams.

1. Test Management:

• Plan and manage testing resources effectively.
• Collaborate with technical and testing teams to develop action plans and test cases to address gaps.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of testing efforts, ensuring all phases meet requirements before deployment.

1. Quality Assurance and Deployment:

• Ensure each project phase is completed to specifications before sign-off and production deployment.

1. Evaluation and Handover:

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and provide insights for future projects.
• Facilitate the proper handover of documentation and knowledge for ongoing product maintenance.
