Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Program Manager -Institute Partnership Manager to build and strengthen partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new institutes, managing existing partnerships, driving student engagement initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of collaborative programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure end-to-end operational compliance with institute agreements, academic policies, regulatory requirements, and internal processes.
  • Act as the single point of contact for issue resolution, managing student, faculty, and institute complaints within defined SLAs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institute leadership, faculty, program coordinators, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate program delivery, academic calendars, assessments, certifications, and learner lifecycle activities.
  • Monitor service quality, operational KPIs, and partner satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular governance reviews with partner institutes and share performance dashboards and action plans.
  • Identify operational risks proactively and implement preventive and corrective actions.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Academics, Student Success, Product, Finance, and Technology teams for successful program execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, audit readiness, and MIS reporting for all partner institutions.
  • Drive partner retention by delivering a consistently high-quality operational experience.

These Responsibilities Can Be Summarized Into Three Pillars

  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to contractual, academic, regulatory, and operational commitments.
  • Complaint & Escalation Management: Resolve issues quickly while maintaining high student and partner satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with institutes and coordinate effectively across internal teams to ensure successful program delivery.

Required Skills

  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in B2B or institutional sales/partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for institute meetings and events.
  • This role requires approximately 30% travel for institute visits, stakeholder meetings, partner engagement, and on-ground program execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, Higher Education, or Campus Relations will be an added advantage.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Institute Coordination, Program Management, or Key Account Management.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with colleges and educational institutions.
  • Track record of achieving partnership and business development targets.
