Job Description

Vedantu is looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Program Manager – Sales & Revenue to drive revenue planning, sales operations, business analytics, and cross-functional program execution for our Learning Centres.

In this role, you will partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Business Leaders to improve revenue performance, optimize sales productivity, and deliver scalable business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly revenue plans.
  • Monitor bookings, collections, admissions, and revenue realization.
  • Drive sales productivity and workforce planning.
  • Build admissions plans across products, grades, and geographies.
  • Design and manage incentive programs and sales performance frameworks.
  • Build dashboards and MIS reports using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
  • Analyze sales funnel performance and identify revenue improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to reduce revenue leakage.
  • Lead cross-functional business initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Product teams to drive execution excellence.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Excellence, or Sales Strategy.
  • Experience in EdTech, B2C Sales, Retail, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or LeadSquared is preferred.
