The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure milestones are met effectively.
• Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
