About Turtle 23 (T23)
We are a BTS Group subsidiary specializing in co-investment, management, and sustainable development of F&B brands. We're hiring a commercially driven Brand Manager who owns the full P&L to scale sustainably.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project information across internal teams and external partners to support the initiation and execution of new company projects.
- Prepare and update project documentation, including timelines, checklists, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
- Maintain organized project documentation, such as contracts, quotations, and approval records.
- Support new restaurant opening preparations, including procurement coordination, handover processes, and onsite readiness.
- Handle quotations, invoices, and expense-related documents in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Monitor project milestones and progress, identifying key issues or risks and notifying the Project Management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and HR, to ensure seamless project or store launch execution.
- Perform all other reasonable duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 12 years in project coordination/administration (F&B/store openings a plus).
- Strong communication and coordination skills; crossfunctional teamwork.
- Ability to multitask and manage work under defined timelines.
- Detailoriented mindset, organized, and comfortable handling documentationrelated tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project planning or tracking tools. (SharePoint/Teams, Excel Sheet)
- Willing to visit project sites/store locations as required.
