TheProject Coordinator (Business Controller & Operational Efficiency)serves as across-functional business problem solver, responsible for coordinating projects, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring each initiative deliverscost efficiency and strategic value.
This role combinesfinancial control, process improvement, and project managementto help Firefly operate more efficiently across multiple brands and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization
- Identify and analyze bottlenecks across production, supply chain, and brand operations.
- Lead cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives (e.g., equipment sourcing, labor optimization, logistics flow, marketing optimization, overall management).
- Develop and trackcost-saving planswith measurable targets.
2. Cross-Department Project Execution
- Plan and manage strategic and operational projects, from new kiosk launches to workflow improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication between Brand, Operations, Production, and Finance teams.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Anticipate risks and implement contingency solutions.
3. Financial & Business Control
- Act as thebusiness controller for assigned projects overseeing budgets, actual spending, and cost variance.
- Support preparation of project-levelP&L and cash flowreports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal approval processes and accurate allocation between CAPEX and OPEX.
4. Reporting & Insights
- Summarize project performance and post-launch insights highlighting what worked, what can be improved, and next steps.
- Translate data into actionable business insights for management decision-making.
5. Management Support
- Assist the management team on special assignments or ad-hoc tasks
- Provide analytical, coordination, or execution support for initiatives directly led by the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 0-3 yearsof experience in project management, business operations, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and financial skills; able to work with cost structures and performance data.
- Proficient inExcel / Google Sheets / Power BI / project management tools.
- Experience inF&B, manufacturing, or retail sectorspreferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
