Project Coordinator (Commercial Interior Fit-Out)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Coordinator to oversee commercial interior fit-out projects from planning through successful completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, monitor site progress, and work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities for commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Plan, monitor, and track project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Attend site inspections, client meetings, consultant meetings, and project coordination meetings.
• Coordinate project drawings, technical submissions, approvals, and required documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to minimise delays.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, variation orders, and project records.
• Coordinate project completion, defect rectification, final inspections, and client handover.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing commercial interior fit-out projects in Singapore, particularly in Office, Retail, and F&B environments.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from planning through completion.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, project coordination, site management, and interior fit-out processes.
• Familiarity with local construction practices, building regulations, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
