Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Coordinator / Project Manager located on-site in Thailand. The role involves overseeing and managing projects, coordinating between teams, monitoring progress to ensure timely and quality delivery, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include project planning, prioritization of tasks, and ensuring that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• Expertise in project management, task organization, and multi-tasking to deliver objectives on time and on budget
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving project challenges
• Proficiency in tools and software related to project tracking and reporting
• Experience in managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with Intellectual Property or innovation consulting is advantageous
