Responsibilities
- Business Development Management: Identified growth opportunities, expanded existing accounts, and maintained strong customer relationships to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Project Management: Planned and managed logistics projects, ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and successful delivery of objectives.
- Customer Solutions & Service: Analyzed customer needs and performance data to develop solutions and improve service quality in line with SLA requirements.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Worked closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth project implementation and issue resolution.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitored KPIs, project performance, and service metrics, providing regular reports and improvement recommendations.
- Budget & Resource Control: Managed project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
- Team Support: Monitored team performance, and supported staff development.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identified operational risks and customer concerns, implementing corrective actions to maintain service quality and business continuity.
- Client Relationship Management: Conducted customer meetings, managed service reviews, and served as the primary contact for client support and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of logistics, supply chain, or project management experience, particularly in the e-commerce industry.
- Able to work 6 days a week (Mon-Sat, Sat WFH)
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Experience managing projects and coordinating e-commerce platform solutions
- Strong project management skills with a proven record of delivering solutions on time and within budget.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills, able to drive improvements through data-driven decision-making.
