Business: Renewable Energy
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 18:00 PM
Location: 19th Floor, Tisco Building, 48/43-44, N Sathon Rd, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. (Workplace around BTS Saladeang, MRT Silom, Bangkok).
Key Responsibilities
- Design solutions in chiller plant, HVAC, lighting, refrigeration, BMS, air compressed steam, etc.
- Prepare business plans and assess customer savings
- Prepare commercial documents including preliminary proposal, full proposal MOU and technical parts of contract
- Supplier consultations and procurement
- Meeting with clients to support the commercial team
- Energy savings during operation phase
- Energy saving calculation tools
- Onsite energy audits
Qualifications:
- Education: University degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Energy Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in similar position
Skills:
- The candidate should be very curious, with quick-learning capacities and eager to discover new subjects.
- Strong knowledge in chiller plant, HVAC, automation (BMS) is required.
- Strong knowledge in refrigeration, lighting, air compressed, steam, processes and project supervision would be an advantage.
- Experience in a company dealing with energy services (investor, supplier, contractor or consultant).
- Good command of English
- Onsite visits, up to 1 or 2 days a week (depending on customer's locations); In all provinces of Thailand.
