We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee and drive the successful delivery of a Data Centre project. The Project Director will serve as the on-site representative and act as the central point of coordination across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work through the entire project lifecycle, serving as the primary on-site contact.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with the technical team and contractor, providing comprehensive progress reports.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure strict adherence to; project construction and operational standards, Lease agreement T&Cs, Local authority regulations and permitting requirements
- Oversee the implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices in line with global standards.
- Identify risks or deviations early and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain proactive communication and strong working relationships with all relevant stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years experience in construction and project management.
- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end data centre projects
- Fluency in Thai, with in-depth knowledge of local construction practices, regulations, and permitting processes.
- High level of proficiency in English, with strong administrative, writing, and presentation capabilities.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple parties.
