Lead Project Execution: Take full ownership of the True Last Mile project delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope.
Autonomous Management: Lead and manage the local project team independently, defining clear work streams and responsibilities while aligning with the Chinese Project Manager on high-level strategy.
Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for local clients. Facilitate high-level communication, manage expectations, and build strong professional relationships.
On-site Crisis Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve complex on-site technical or operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Strategic Reporting: Provide comprehensive project updates and data-driven reports to the Chinese Project Manager and key stakeholders.
Financial Optimization: Drive project profitability by managing the local budget, optimizing resource allocation, and improving P&L performance.
General Governance: Execute additional leadership duties as required to ensure the company's regional success.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in telecommunications or Last Mile infrastructure.
Leadership Ability: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end project lifecycles independently.
Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to bridge communication gaps between local teams and international management.
Language Proficiency: * Mandarin Chinese (Highly Preferred): Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese management.
English & Thai: Professional working proficiency is required.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
Resilience: Strong ability to perform under high pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Mobility: Willingness to work on-site in upcountry provinces for extended periods. Candidates should be comfortable with a flexible schedule and frequent travel.
